The LiK conference 2023 report published

The ninth annual LiK conference took place on October 12-13, 2023 in Bishkek, and was co-hosted by the Institute of Public Policy and Administration of the University of Central Asia (UCA), ISDC – International Security and Development Center in Berlin (Germany), the Leibniz Institute of Vegetable and Ornamental Crops, IGZ (Germany) in partnership with the World Bank, UNFPA, AUCA, and Mercy Corps. The conference featured 22 thematic sessions presented by over 75 speakers who represented academic and research institutions, development agencies, government, the public sector, and non-governmental organisations. The LiK conference serves as an annual platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences, focusing on recent socio-economic developments in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia.
