LiK team present the study at ESCAS webinar

Tilman Brück and Damir Esenaliev presented the LiK Study at a webinar hosted by the European Society for Central Asian Studies (ESCAS) on May 21, 2026. The webinar covered the evolution of the LiK Study, including its methodology, data access, publications, and academic impact to date, and concluded with a Q&A session.

ESCAS is an international scholarly association dedicated to advancing the study of Central Asia. We support research on Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and adjacent regions. ESCAS brings together scholars through conferences and academic exchange, the core activity being the biennial ESCAS conference, hosted in Europe or Central Asia.
